Tracking calories is one of the things we can do to stay healthy. A calorie counter can record how many calories we get from our meals and how many calories we burn after exercising every day. It can show us the results of our exercise every day and also make it easier for us to track our physical situation. As a student with a lot of homework, I barely have time to work out. In order to stay healthy, I came up with this “health reminder” idea and hope it can help me and keep me healthy without spending too much time.
